The Oilers Rebuild

The Edmonton Oilers went through an awful season last year and finished bottom of the NHL. While they had a few decent performances from Nilsson, Smid and Penner, they were largely disappointing all round. I believe that the Oilers will therefore be looking to get rid of most of their older players and anyone commanding a massive salary as they look to rebuild.
